My colleague Dan Weinbaum at Channel 9 just ran a very good story informing you about robo calls and who can and can’t call. And as you know politicians are exempt from the MO no call list, as long as they follow Missouri law. Travis Ford from the Missouri AG’s Office says,
“However, there are rules to robo-calls. Every automated political call must identify the sponsor that’s paying for it, and No. 2, every call must give a callback number,”
Well i guess Obama thinks following half the law is good enough from where he comes from. I’ve received several robocalls and none of them have included a callback number. So if you have received some of these robocalls from any political party and they are not following MO robocall laws hold them accountable and call the Missouri AG’s Office 866-NOCALL-1.

It is too bad that politicians continue to exempt themselves from Do Not Call law.
